Only 250 camping passes available so be sure to book early.
PRICE - CAMPING PLUS FESTIVAL WEEKEND PASS:
ADULTS: $130 per persons | TEENS $90 per person | Kids under 14 Free
Includes campsite access for up to 3 nights or you can stay for less nights but price remains the same.

CAMPING STYLE: Off-grid paddock style - open paddock with Eucalyptus surrounding trees. No bells and whistles, just a great spot to setup DIY style, be communal and enjoy easy access to the festival grounds all weekend.

WHERE: Chiltern Racecourse and Recreation Reserve, approx. 500m from festival entry gates, in a nice treeline paddock. See festival map for participant camping area (map released in Feb).

WHEN: Arrive anytime from 2pm Friday, 11th April - Depart before 10am Monday, 14th April. However access to festival Sat and Sunday only.

BRING: This is a DIY setup, so bring along everything you need for off-grid paddock style camping. Camping gear including drinking & washing up water, dishware, food, music, games, off-grid gadgets and bags for your rubbish - PLEASE BE ZERO WASTE - OR TAKE ALL RUBBISH WITH YOU.
FACILITIES: Camping space, portable toilets and access to drinking water tap provided only.

FIRES: TBC fire restrictions pending.
ASSISTANCE: Camping manager and security onsite in the evenings.

NO DOGS: Sorry, pets aren't allowed to camp or into the festival. For local dog boarding please see nearby Appletree Boarding.
SHUTTLE BUS
Going all weekend from Chiltern Train Station - Chiltern Main Street (Martins Lane) - Festival Camping - Festival Entry. This will also run into the evening so you can go out to dinner in Chiltern or attend one of the extra activities happening around town - music, theatre screenings, wine tastings etc.

FOOD AVAILABLE
Love Greens Street Food will be offering dinner and breakfast at the camping area each day.

IN TOWN - 2 pubs in town doing dinners - recommended booking. Shuttle bus each night.

THIS IS A WASTE FREE EVENT SO PLEASE BYO DINNERWARE FOR THEM TO SERVE YOU ON.
FREE CAMPING
10 - 30 MINS FROM FESTIVAL
1. Doolans Bend Campground by the river - Beautiful big space for loads of campers. Recommended 4WD access (just some water over track on the way in) Barnawartha-Howlong Rd, Browns Plains (17mins away)
2. Tuan Free Campground, Depot Rd, Cornishtown (8mins away) - very limited spaces for approx 4 campsites only.
3. Chiltern Mt Pilot National Park - This is a gorgeous national park with many great camping spots if you prefer a more private bush setting. Most accessible is Reedy Creek campground. You can approach from the Chiltern side or head down the highway for the Eldorado side - Chiltern Mt Pilot National Park Guide.
4. A bit further away, but check out camping along the Murray River too.
5. A less attractive, but very convenient option - Ironbark Rest Area or Chiltern Park Rest Area along the Hume Highway

STAY A LITTLE LONGER AND EXPLORE NORTH-EAST VICTORIA
WANGARATTA
Just 15 mins away is the large rural town of Wangaratta with loads of great accommodation, cafes and restaurants, parks, rivers and amenities.
BEECHWORTH
One of Australia's best preserved gold-rush era towns. Its fascinating history, beautiful streetscape, shops & boutiques coupled with amazing restaurants, wineries, breweries and cafes, this one of Victoria's best loved towns.
ALBURY/WODONGA
Twin regional city on the border, devidied by the Murray River. just 30mins from the festival with loads of great cafes, restaurants, accommodation types and access to the Murray River.
RUTHERGLEN
Rutherglen's charming atmosphere is conjured by the bustling main street - an historic precinct with old timber buildings, verandah-fronted pubs, antique and bric-a-brac shops, restaurants and tearooms. Plus E-bikes for hire.
KING VALLEY
Step into Little Italy in the King Valley, where dynamic Italian migrant families established wineries that continue to innovate through the generations. Taste well-known Italian wines and gorgeously fresh local produce and small-batch products.
HIGH COUNTRY
A little further away for those of your planning an extended stay the High Country is a must. Bright in the Autumn is absolutely stunning. This area is a nature-lovers delight with so much to explore on foot, bike or drive.
